Human Resources Foundation was established in 2002. The mission of Foundation is to assist social and economic development of undeveloped regions, especially the North-Hungarian-, South-Great Plain-, and North-Great Plain regions. The overall objective is to increase the educational level of human resources, and to develop the entrepreneurial skills of SME`s by implementing special training programmes for them.

Furthermore the Foundation provides assistance for young, unemployed people to develop their personal skills in order to find the suitable job on the labour-market. To reach these objectives the Foundation organises and implements different training programmes.
